Building positions, garages, roads, and amenities follow the community's own site map, the
one that today exists only as a printout at the leasing office. Availability, unit numbers,
and rates are live from their listing feed (August 2026). How homes divide within each
building is inferred from the real unit numbering, since no public roster exists.
Buildings 12 and 13 run four floors with two elevators each. Every other building is a
three-story stairs-only walk-up where two homes share each stair landing, a one bedroom
paired with a two bedroom. One quirk worth knowing: in the walk-ups there's no home 01
above the ground floor. The entry hall's footprint belongs to the Aspen downstairs (01),
and upstairs the bigger Ash takes that space over, numbered 02. That's why the Ash plan
only exists on floors 2 and 3.
