Maison de Belle is a sandbox concept store for a fictional luxury adult coloring book house, GG Marie Designs, spread across five pages (home, shop, about, account, checkout) with a working mood-filtered catalog, a persistent cart, a real sign-up/sign-in account system, saved shipping addresses, order history, and polished order receipts with email and print options. Every part of the shopping experience is genuinely functional and persists in the browser, only the final payment step is simulated.

An unsolicited redesign pitch for Watersound Origins Crossings, the real apartment community in Inlet Beach, FL where Kolton actually lives. Everything on it is real: six floor plans with live prices from the property's own inventory API, the full fee sheet the office only hands out on paper, a what-a-month-actually-costs estimator built from a real resident's bill, and an interactive site map traced 1:1 from the printed map at the leasing desk, down to which homes share a stair landing. Their own site has no map, no pricing, and no fees; this shows what happens when you publish all three. Concept-labeled on every page, noindexed, unaffiliated.
